This past Sunday, my family and I had the privilege of attending the services at West Coast Baptist Church in Vista, CA. Brother Phil Clark is the pastor. I met Brother Clark at a preaching conference in South Dakota, and it was a real blessing getting to see him again! I presented our ministry to Scotland during the Sunday school hour, and I preached for their evening service. All in all, it was a great day in the Lord's house! We praise the Lord, that He has faithful servants from coast to coast!
Today, we had the chance to get out and do a little sight-seeing. My wife had never seen the Pacific Ocean - a situation which we quickly rectified! We were able to go to the Oceanside Pier. There were several pelicans perched on the railings of the pier, and they let us get very close, before they scooted away. It was a warm, sunny day with a slight breeze. The perfect day to visit the pier! We've included some other pictures of the pier below. Enjoy!
